Include a call to action in your cover letter
In the final part of your cover letter, write a concise and clear conclusion that gives some kind of call to action like a reference to your one-page resume, an invitation for an interview, or a time that works best for you to have a discussion. The purpose of this call to action is to get the hiring manager to take some sort of action and let them know that you’re eager and excited about the opportunity.
